Shipping
Viixim can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. All orders will be processed and shipped Monday thru Friday and our daily shipping cutoff time is 2pm PST but typically anything before 3pm PST will still get shipped out. Any orders placed after our shipping cutoff Friday or on the weekends will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Expedited shipping
Viixim offers numerous types of expedited shipping options that will be offered to you at checkout. Viixim’s shipping cut off is 2pm PST but sometimes we can still get expedited orders out later than our cutoff time. If any doubts that an expedited order will ship out same day please just contact us.
FedEx Ground
- 1-5 Business days excluding holidays and weekends depending on where you the shipping address is located.
FedEx Express Saver 3 Day
- 3 Business days excluding holidays and weekends.
FedEx 2nd Day
- 2 Business days excluding holidays and weekends.
FedEx Standard Overnight
- Next business day excluding holidays and weekends before 3pm delivery.
FedEx Priority Overnight
- Next business day excluding holidays and weekends before 10am delivery.
