Viixim can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. All orders will be processed and shipped Monday thru Friday and our daily shipping cutoff time is 2pm PST but typically anything before 3pm PST will still get shipped out. Any orders placed after our shipping cutoff Friday or on the weekends will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund but customers can be subject to a 20% restock fee. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of Viixim’s error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is result to a mistake order or ordered the wrong product Viixim will not be responsible for return shipping cost.
